thomas,-robertRobert Leonard THOMAS is a member of the Kelowna Hells Angels, and is wanted for murder in relation to the June 12, 2011 beating death of Kelowna resident Dain Phillips.

Anyone with information in regards to Thomas’s whereabouts is asked to take no action to apprehend this person themselves, but to contact their local police or Crimestoppers.
